Black and White Party

January 2009: Our Junior Board of Directors' inaugural event, held at Town Tavern in South Side, was a great night for party-goers of all ages. Nearly 200 people attended dressed in their favorite black and white garb while they danced to the soulful and electrifying music of 28 North. The event raised $3,000 and demonstrated how a small group of young people can impact their communities using only their knowledge and enthusiasm. Many thanks to Town Tavern, American Eagle, Shop FourOneTwo, Eat'n Park, Brunner, Susan Davis, Sky Oxygen, Mark Katich, Minnotte Corporation, Littles', West View Tobacco/Beer Outlet and Makeup by Marylouise, whose generous donations made the evening possible.

Challenge the Champions

October 2008: Our 10th Anniversary Event, Challenge the Champions, was a fun-filled night with the Steelers, Pittsburgh Passion, Lady Panthers and many Media Celebrities. A Very Merry Evening

November 2006: Every Child, Inc. is one of several non-profit groups who participated in the sale of $10 shopping passes to Macy’s “A Very Merry Evening”. Every Child retains all proceeds from ticket sales.The evening included fashion shows, product demonstrations, refreshments, andprizes from Macy's.Thanks to everyone that purchased tickets.We earned 2nd place and raised $3,500 in total!

Black & Gold Gala

November 2006: Bob Pompeani of KDKA and Pittsburgh Steeler Casey Hampton hosted this event, complete with music from Ken Karsh and Sean Jones. With spectacular food catered by Heinz Field, great auction prizes and enlightening testimonies from one of the parents Every Child serves, the evening was a smashing success. Thanks to all who attended and donated. We raised over $90,000!

June 2006: Annual Family Appreciation Day at Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium
Every Child, Inc's annual celebration for their birth, foster, and adoptive families was held on June 11, 2006, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A good time was had by all. Our thanks to all that attended and donated to this special event.
