Outpatient Therapy Services
Compassionate, Evidence-Based Mental Health Care for Children, Adolescents, Adults & Families
At Every Child, Inc., we believe that quality mental health care should be individualized, collaborative, and centered on the whole person — not just a diagnosis. Our Outpatient Therapy Department provides a safe, welcoming space where children, teens, adults, and families can feel understood, supported, and empowered to build the skills they need to thrive.
We serve individuals across the lifespan, beginning as young as age 2, and offer both in-person and telehealth appointments to meet you where you are.

Our Approach
Our clinicians are committed to providing trauma-informed, neuroaffirming care that honors each person's unique strengths, experiences, and identity. We believe therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience — one where every client feels respected, valued, and genuinely heard.
We use individualized, evidence-based treatment approaches, including:
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
A structured, skills-based approach that strengthens the parent-child relationship, improves communication, and supports behavioral and emotional regulation.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
A well-researched therapy that supports trauma processing and healing by helping individuals reprocess difficult experiences and move forward.
A relationship-based, developmental alternative to traditional ABA approaches. NDBI supports learning through play, connection, and natural everyday interactions — meeting children where they are and building on their intrinsic motivation.
Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI)
Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS)
A collaborative approach that helps children, caregivers, and families build problem-solving skills, flexibility, communication, and emotional regulation — together, not in opposition.
Family Therapy
Focused on improving communication, strengthening relationships, and supporting healthy, connected family dynamics.
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
A structured, evidence-based therapy to help individuals understand, process, and heal from traumatic experiences.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family — including their dog, cat, and tortoise. She brings the same warmth, curiosity, and joy to her personal life that she brings to her work each day.
